Round Table

Qualifications

Extensive combat training, Higher than average spirit energy

Requirements

Recommendation from Director Ozwin, Pass an entry test by the Round Table, Clear one hundred hunts successfully

Appointment

A special ceremony is carried out by the current holder of Arthur and Ozwin in which the newest Round Table member is knighted once again

Duties

Monitoring new knight recruits, Recording day to day activities and events, Rewarding hunts

Responsibilities

The Round Table is involved with the day to day duties of Avalon and due to the strength of the Round Table they handle hunts that would otherwise be beyond the limits or reach of an individual knight

Benefits

Access to higher level hunts, Direct recognition from the royal families, Power within the knight orders

Accoutrements & Equipment

The Round Table all utilize Spirit Wielding: Bound Weapon Summons much like all other knights. Due to the duties and responsibilities of the Round Table, their members have access to much more supplies and other necessary resources like elementis dust and or crystals

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

A knight can be removed from their position in the Round Table by either be dismissed by Director Ozwin and or a majority vote by the other members but in extreme cases a knight can be stripped of their title and their position by use of Excalibur in which Excalibur is used to shatter the knight's bound weapon as a mark of disgrace which shows other knights what happens if they disgrace the Knights. This method was only used once on Nick following the death of Princess Elaine and has not been used since.

History

The Round Table was first created a few years after the initial creation of the Knights of Avalon due to an increasing demand to have a council within the knights to handle excess duties as well as form a group of strong knights to stand as the Kingdom of Alveria's last defense against threat
