When Permafrost is done properly Vivian stabs Myrtenaster's blade into the ground creating a massive field of ice to spread from Vivian freezing everything instantly within a 20-foot space

Side/Secondary Effects

Permafrost is weak to fire-based attacks and while it does freeze targets within the area of effect the target can escape the ice with enough force

Manifestation

Takes on a sea green or light blue glow before a bright flash arc from Myrtenaster's blade in a circle coating everything in light blue ice
