Wildling Type: Tirruu

Proud and stubborn, the Tirruu are a Wildling Bird-People who live among soaring mountain ranges and snow-capped peaks. Though they tend to stay isolated from inhabitants living at lower elevations, Tirruu are known for their love of music and fondness for hardy travelers who make the arduous climb to their mountaintop homes.   "Bastion couldn't decide whether he feared or loved the mountains of Kyrale. True, he was frighteningly afraid of heights, but at the same time his best friend Riko was a Tirruu, and boy did those bird-folk know how to put on a grand ol' time. Plus, word in the valley said that a traveling storyteller from a place called Guudala had stopped to rest at one of the Tirru's villages for a couple of days and promised to share a few stories and plays. With Riko's parents hosting dinner and exciting tales waiting for him, Bastion pulled his backpack straps tighter and, making sure he had packed enough rations, started the long trek upwards into the mountains that Riko called home." -A young Durgon's journey to visit a Tirruu friend.

You cannot glide while carrying heavy weapons or wielding a shield (though you may drop any held items as part of your reaction to spread your arms). You cannot also glide while wearing heavy armor, or if you are encumbered.
