The Imperial court of the Nagara empire, it functions as the center of all affairs in running the city. The court is ran by the emperor, their court advisors and state officials. The court was concerned with military matters, foreign affairs, and the all-important tasks of maintaining state rituals and ceremonies. Court members came from the imperial clan or had been granted titles by the emperor.

Infrastructure

Almost all traditional architectural structures were made of wood or stone, ranging from the common residences to the halls of the Emerald Court. Another important feature is the symmetrical layout that reflects upholding the value of harmony of the Nagara Dynasty. Functionally, the larger main edifice in the center is flanked on all sides by smaller or symmetrical gates to help protect the main building from external physical attacks, such as heavy wind and enemy arrows.
The exterior part of the infrastructure is decorated elegantly through beautiful features, like upturned roof corners, stone lions, screen walls, overhanging eaves, different shapes of roofs, and flowers. Also, paintings and carvings add depth and elevate appearances. Not only is the exterior graceful, but the interior of the building is also embellished with painted rafters, carved beams, inscribed boards, couplets hung on the pillars, and wall paintings.

A beautiful and small district protected by a large stone wall. Holds the Heavenly Palace where the Emperor and his family lives inside the walls.

Emerald District

Where the wealthy and powerful reside, along with many businesses and guilds of great renown function. A majority of the cities most powerful individuals conduct business here and the area is usually flooded with dignitaries from all over.

Jade District

A place where merchants can peddle their wares. Many adventurers visit this district for the chance to get magical goods. Also holds the great Jade Dragon

Blossom District

The residential area for many of the commoners and workers that live in this grand city. The largest of the districts, it's covers quite a bit of space.
