Ve'Tal is predominantly inhabited by Elves, who are deeply attuned to the forest and druidic practices. However, communities of Gnomes, Half-Elves, and Humans also reside, contributing to the city's diversity. A significant portion of the population is engaged in druidic studies or related professions, reflecting the city’s spiritual and ecological priorities.

Elvish and Common are the most commonly spoken languages, with various dialects influenced by ancient druidic languages.Government
Ve'Tal is governed by a combination of hereditary leadership and elected officials. At the apex is the Medos, the spiritual and political leader, selected through a mix of lineage and merit, particularly magical and druidic capability. Supporting the Medos is the Council of Elders, composed of respected members of various professions and backgrounds. This council advises the Medos, helps formulate policies, and ensures that laws align with both druidic traditions and the practical needs of the city's populace. Together, they prioritize ecological balance, spiritual health, and communal well-being in their governance.

Natural Barriers: The city utilizes the dense forest, including thick undergrowth and natural landforms, as passive defense mechanisms.
The Wildring: This outer district contains hidden traps and camouflaged defenses, manned by the Daughters of the Wild who are skilled in guerrilla tactics
Druidic Magic: The city's defenders employ powerful druidic magic, manipulating natural elements such as vines, trees, and water to thwart invaders.
Watch Towers: Strategically placed throughout the city and the Wildring, these allow for early detection of threats and coordination of defense efforts.

These industries produce a range of sustainable goods such as medicinal plants, potions, artisan crafts, and enchanted items, which are both used locally and traded at the Druids' Bazaar. Ve'Tal imports materials like metals which are scarce locally.
