Old district which has seen better times. Borders the Tower district but is filling with industry and all that goes with it.
G.A. Amberson Tonic Company - Factory which produces a very popular tonic beverage reputed to have numerous health benefits. Aside from the noted “Pure Spring Mineral Tonic,” the company produces a variety of other beverages as well.
Hooper and Co. Textiles - One of the largest textile mills in all of Parabresium, Hooper and Co. produce bolts of fabrics, rugs, and other woven materials for merchants and tradesmen all across Parabresium, and exported beyond.
Shalebridge Cradle - Originally an orphanage, now due to declining finances both an orphanage and asylum for the insane. The two parties are separated adequately according to facility officials.
Crestgate Cemetery - An old and overgrown cemetery, with most of the interred long dead, and those who would care for their graves also long dead. Still, pleasantly beautiful if visiting in the daylight, though best avoided after dark
