Madness in Ostrav

After finding the Slaughtergarde Laboratory and defeating the goblins within, the party learns that the next piece of Slaughtergarde lies under the Surniak Hunting Lodge.
Some investigation leads them to the town of Ostrav in Arcata which is having its own difficulties of late.
