The Lancebearers fail to return from adventuring. Of the original company, only Garath Mistmaster returns. He continues work on the keep, renaming it Mistmoor. His new companions, Angus Silverblade and Bluto Fleetfoot, choose to leave Vaasa and base themselves in Heliogabalus. The Mistmaster stays at Mistmoor with his vassals Jhesek and Corum.
