Gaius Montkahnawake
Praetor Gaius Montkahnawake
Physical Description
Apparel & Accessories
Praetor Montkahnawake tends to wear silk or woolen thermals as a base layer in the colder or wetter months, and a toga cut down to "shirt length" (mid-thigh) over that. He wears a set of deerskin leggings in winter with boots for daily wear, gifted moccasins for formal occasions. In summer, he foregoes the protective lower clothing in favor of his toga and sandals.
At all times save in the bath, Praetor Montkahnawake wears the laurel wreath appropriate to his station.
Social
Religious Views
As Praetor, Gaius holds his responsibilities to the future of the Roman Empire's relations with the Native American Nations to be akin to his own spiritual well-being. He and his family are solid members in the faith of Hestia. The obligations of hospitality -- of host to guests, of guests to host -- are sacrosanct.
Here on the shores of the river that encompasses Mooniyaang, the Consulate exists as guests of the host government. Within its sturdy walls, the Consul are hosts to all travelers of amiable will.
