A high elf and decedent from a royal line within Tor Yvresse while born and raised within the city she always felt like an outsider confused about why the people around her cared more for the arts than magic or the world around them. She even joined the Magic Guild near her but in her own words " found none as driven as her " She would see her life change after a chance encounter with another noble during a ball her mother threw, this noble was none other then Luthian Atwood Maxwell one of the richest men in Tor Yvresse. He was immediately smitten with Emra and she happily took advantage of this using him to escape her boring surroundings. Eventually, the pair would go on to found The Phantom Dragon: Alliance Magic Guild - Asharai Branch from the moment the building on the guild began Emra moved into Asharai never to look back at her home. As a high elf, Emra has a life span far beyond many others, and due to this, she has been the one and only Guild master she oversees the entirety of the guild and even teaches several classes at once using her magic to make projections of herself all over the halls, in truth the real Emra never leaves her chambers always working on some new test or material only a select few are allowed enter her chambers. It is this very thing that makes many unsure of the true personality of Emra as all of her projections seem to act and even speak differently with the real Emra only seen by a select few. Emra is known throughout Talos for two things her mastery of Illusion and Abjuration magic even creating several spells herself such as Mirage Arcane as well as her legendary necklace an item from ancient tales known as the Dragon's Deciever.
