Grips is a elven rogue who just showed up in Asharai he was always seen wearing a dark hood usually in the back of some tavern. He seemed to slide under the radar until he made a mistake and tried to pickpocket Neith she quickly caught on but saw potential in the boy and gave him an option. Instead of calling the guards he can earn his own gold and even a place to stay if he joins Wink and a Glint Merchant Guild, she didn't want Grips as a merchant but to use his thieving skills and knowledge to keep his guild mates from getting robbed in less than savory places. Grips got his name from a box he carries filled with severed hands that he controls. If asked how he controls them he says he does it with charm, Grips uses these as anything from a distraction to the key to his plans.
