Tace Mortem: Alliance Thieves Guild -Lycia Branch

Deep in the under tunnels of Lycia unknown to most lurks the Thieves Guild. All that work or stay in these tunnels are members of the undead the only exception to this are the guild members themselves. Not much is actually known about the inner workings of the guild things such as the leader or how it started are either unknown or not spoken about under the highest ranks. While all of these questions remained unanswered members are taught early to not ask questions and any knowledge needed will be given. Everything in the Thieves Guild is based around your rank there's 7 ranks within the a guild branch, due to this rank system challenges are taken very serious. A challenge is a way to knock someone down a rank or out of the guild, you may only declare a challenge against a member of similar rank. For a challenge you just need to prove the other is not worth of the rank they have this is most commonly done through combat but can be done in several ways. No matter the way chosen the loser of the challenge drops a rank no matter who incited the challenge, to be kicked out one must prove a grave wrong doing against the guild when challenging. Challenges must be overseen by a high ranking member like most duty's within the guild. The Thieves Guild does not use a quest board instead a member reports to a higher up requesting to be given a mission, they will either be given a mission then or within the next 24 hours an envelope describing the mission will appear in the member's belongings.

Structure

Thieves Guild Ranks: Toad: You are still unproven and are not yet a member. You spend most time running errands and doing chores for other members more then anything else.   Footpad- Still yet to be a full fledge member you are given some basic quest's such as deliveries or messages.   Blackcap- Now officially a member you start to gain access to certain quest types such as pick pocketing, burglary, and protection as well as a few others. While you now start gaining some coin for your quest the guild takes a main portion at 70%.   Shadowfoot- Now granted access to the other quest types such as assassinations and high target value items. You are also told the special thieves cant special to the branch, this grants you access to anywhere affiliated by the branch plus discounts on shops and stolen goods. The guild lowers their fee taking an average of 40%-50%.   The Faceless One- Given access to the execute class quest these include government or public assassinations, interfering with nations political affairs and so on. You now also gain the ability to request your quest type for your next upcoming mission. The guild reduces their fee again to 25%.   Master Thief- You may now open a fencing and stole goods shop backed by the guild. The guild fee now drops further down to 10%.
