Thorgar Gritkeep
Right-hand man to Ergrim Groundshapper, the Golemancer herself Thorgar prides himself in his work and connection to magic. He is the epitome of arrogance wrapped in a cloak of dwarven pride. Standing at four feet tall, his presence fills the room with an air of superiority that dwarfs even the mightiest of mountains. It is this very arrogance that pushes him to always strive for perfection. This is reflected in every aspect of his life from not just how he speaks and acts but also in how he dresses and takes care of himself as he always seems to be well-kept for a dwarf, even keeping his beard in a special braid that is said to have been used by the first rune king. He expects the same perfection from those close to him such as family or those who work for him if anyone fails to meet his expectations he has no problem casting them aside and letting them know the failures he sees them as. In his quest to master the ancient art of runesmithing, Thorgar leaves no stone unturned and no detail overlooked. Each rune he inscribes he treats as a work of art, imbued with meaning and power that speaks to his unwavering commitment to excellence. He spends hours poring over ancient tomes and studying the works of legendary runemasters, constantly striving to push the boundaries of his craft and unlock its hidden secrets. But Thronar's obsession with perfection is not without its pitfalls. He is quick to find fault in his own work, endlessly tinkering and refining until even the most discerning eye would struggle to find flaws. He holds himself to impossibly high standards, often driving himself to exhaustion in pursuit of an unattainable ideal this causes his already unappealing personality to sour further.
