All of the Remembered history of the Astrals is dominated by their feud with the Titans. Their remembered history is likely only a fraction of their true history, and begins not long before their creation of the Arcai. Alongside their creator Sar'aan, the Astrals forged the Arcai millennia prior to the first age as soldiers in their first war with the Titans. They would lose this war, however in doing so they drew the attention of a small quantity of the Titans. The first of them would join in their war against the Titan-Minds in exchange for the power of creation. This Titan became Sericil, the goddess of care. Sericil forged the race known as the Kiari to serve as healers in the Astrals war with the Titans. Together the Kiari and Astrals would serve as the first legions of the gods, and wage a renewed war with the Titans. Enraged, the Titans hated the Kiari and Sericil with the vigor previously reserved for Sar'aan and his Astral legions. The Astrals were naturally also distrustful of Sericil and her Kiari, having no love for the Titans. However their trust would rapidly be earned when Sericil and her legions would help stave off a Titan attack sometime between 2300 BFA-2000 BFA. The Astrals, encouraged by the friendship born between them and Sericil's Kiari, would welcome a new Titan into the legions, Nios, the god of inspiration. With his help Gessar and Mayreign would be bought into the fold as the 'second wave' of the gods (Sericil and Nios were the first). Now amongst four new gods, each with their four new legions, the Astrals began to press their new found advantages against the Titans forces. For a long time The Astrals made strides against the Titans, and it was not until a new threat joined the Titans that their warmachine came to a halt. As the war seemed to come to a close at the hands of the legions (which had grown to include the gods Kassora, Vanet and Andarsha) the Astrals found themselves once again losing to the hands of the Titans, now aligned with beings known as Influencers. Although the legions had swelled to a strength neither the Influencers nor the Titans could match, together they were a potent enemy. The gods saw no other choice than to abandon the Titan-Realms for a world of their own making, and set out to create the Planar rings Talirim and Dorim. Some 650 years prior to the first age these rings would prove their use as the gods were cast from the Titan-Realms by the Titan-Minds and the Influencer General Ta'al, unintentionally abandoning the Astrals. However all was not lost for the Astrals, as two of the gods would return with the intent to save the Astrals. Less than a year after the gods defeat Sar'aan would save a portion of the Astral population (mostly Sera'daan, though some Ula'suede were also saved) by smuggling them from the realm, an act that cost them their immortality. Not long after Ravennan, Sar'aans son would also return to the Titan Realms. He would save a large population of Demi-Astrals (The children of Astrals and mortals), laying down his life to protect them from the wrath of his nemesis, Ta'al. The Astrals saved by Sar'aan would settle in the isles that would become Tiorath, and become the Tiorathan people, whereas the Demi-Astrals saved by Ravennan would forge for themselves a new life on the forgotten landmass of Ravenna, believing the gods to be dead, revering only their fallen hero Ravennan whom they named their new home after. However many Astrals remained in the Titan-Realms, led by Ravennan's generals, leaders of the surviving tribes. It is unknown how many, if any, still survive in their native home.Advanced Physiology
