Mayor Jasper is middle-aged human man who oversees Grod because someone needed to step up and keep things running.
Description
With ever-present bags under his eyes, Jasper is just a bit overworked and doesn't like his job very much, but he does care about the town's safety enough to endure the stress of being mayor.
History
Around the time Grod was founded, Jasper became the mayor because no one else was comfortable with the responsibility.
When Deadlow Peak rumbled with strange quakes and the ashfall began, some of the miners were captured by Chief GorGo's well-equipped soldiers. He implored Kapital to travel to the mines and rescue the missing townsfolk.
When GorGo's soldiers left and the miners were returned, Jasper was thankful to Kapital and agreed to potential trade of obsidian between Grod and the guild.
