Titles and Ranks of the Boros Legion
Warleader
The guildmaster of the Boros Legion. This position oversees the mission and objectives of the guild, and is reserved only for Angels.
Blade of the Legion
The Blade of the Legion is the executive officer of the guild, reserved for non-angels and acts as the second in command to the entirety of the Legion. They personally oversee the Skyjek and Sunhome Guard, the elite forces of the Legion.
Skyjek
A Skyjek is an elite operative who has passed both the Skynight and Wojek aptitude tests and has served time in at least one of those organizations. They are known for their legendary flying griffon calvary capabilities and elite combat techniques.
Sunhome Guard
The Sunhome Guard are the elite guard of the Boros Legion, guarding the headquarters of the guild and are dispatched for the most serious Boros Legion matters. Sunhome Guards can only be appointed by the Blade of the Legion.
Skynight
Skynights are the specialized calvary of the Boros Legion, capable of being deployed anywhere in the city of Ravnica. Hopefuls must pass extremely difficult tests in griffon flying before being assigned as a Skynight.
Wojek
The Wojek are the military police of the Boros Legion, investigating both internal Boros Legion affairs and serving as inquisitors to the city of Ravnica. They are some of the most elite combat units in the Legion, and it is rumored that less than 10% of applicants pass the swordsmanship tests required to join.
Commander
Commanders of the Boros assume the leadership of one of the major garrisons of the Boros Legion. In this role, you recieve direct orders from the Warleader or Blade of the Legion.
Captain
Captains in the Boros Legion gain command of a small garrison and the responsibility for maintaining order and protecting people in part of a city District. Most captains have 4 brigades under their command.
Brigadier
A brigadier assumes command of a brigade, a combat unit of 6 squads, each consisting of 4 soldiers commanded by a Sergeant, for a total of 30 individuals. After receiving orders from the commanding Captain, it is up to the Brigadier to figure out the tactics required to complete the mission.
Sergeant
Sergeants gain some authority over lower ranked soldiers. Sergeants usually have 4 soldiers under their command, creating a squad. This is the lowest rank that receives the Boros Legion Emblem locket, signifying them as a ranking member of the Legion.
Legionnaire
The common footsoldier of the Legion. In order to join, you must possess some combat technique and capability, and have a vested interest in the protection of others in your specific district of the city of Ravnica.
