The identity of the Guardian of Abaddon has been long lost, if such a person exists. The party has been tasked with finding them, but the seas of Talonn are vast. The party has decided to pursue Alden Blackwell's lost ship, The Golden Fleece, and use it to look for the Guardian.
However, strange rumors of the Fleece have come to their ears in Cirta. A battered Cain Sutton came to Blackwell, claiming that his doppelganger brutally attacked their ship The Chilling Tide. The party resolved to wait until the Tide was fixed and then set out in pursuit of the truth.
