Cinder Hound

Cinder Hounds are a breed of large working dogs originally bred in the Senjic-Virotovac region of Gora Nos. They are also known as Virotovac Shepherds. They were originally developed as protection dogs, though they are more commonly used as war dogs. They have a wolf-like appearance with a biddable personality and high drive that is absent in true wolfdogs.

Temperament

The Cinder Hound is known for intelligence, loyalty, and courage. They are hard working dogs with a desire to please and protect their family. When properly socialized from a young age, they are curious around strangers and new environments. However, poor socialization and training often leads to an aggressive dog which isn't desirable. They are happiest when given a job and are unsuitable as family pets. Cinder Hounds are known for their strong drive, and when bored, they quickly become destructive.
