Castenar Nitronus, Vizier to the queen

Castenar is an undoubtedly intelligent crafty spy catcher and head of intelligence.  His skills make him invaluable and also incredibly hard to trust.  The Queen thinks she has him right where she wants him but he is looking for more. He is unaware that the Abyssal Knife is a problem due to the fact that he trusts Ice on the lake to handle them, certainly not work with them.  He has far more pressing issues.  The Tungsten Splinter in Serpico has found the Queen's daughter and this upsets his plan for a military coup that he intends to use to overthrow the queen and install a new puppet regime. 
Castenar is a light blue Air Genasi, bald who often wears dark blue and purple robes.  He wears many bracelets and earrings some of which are rumored to magically protect him.
