Evil Eye
When a creature that can see Hightower starts its turn within 30 feet of the him, Hightower can force it to make a DC 14 Charisma saving throw. A glowing pendant on Hightowers cloak flashes in the targets eyes.
On a failed save, the creature subtracts 1d4 from any attacks or saving throws it makes until the begining of its next turn. The target can attempt the saving throw again on the end of it's turn.

Multiattack. Hightower makes two melee attacks.
Greataxe / melee Weapon attack
+9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. / Hit: 27 (6d6 + 6) bludgeoning damage and be pushed 10 feet away.
Each creature within 5 feet of the target must succeed on a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or take half the attack's damage.
Sack 'O Cannonballs / Ranged Weapon Attack
+9 to hit, range 30/120 ft., one target. Hit: 28 (4d10 + 6) bludgeoning damage.
Cleaving Sweep
Each creature in a 15 foot cone must succeed on a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or take 19 (3d12) slashing damage and be pushed 10 feet away. A creature may fall prone as a reaction to gain advantage on this save.

Kick Away -
As a reaction to a creature ending its movement within 5 feet of Hightower, he forces it to succeed on a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or be pushed 10 ft. away and lose concentration, if it was holding it.
Harness Misfortune (Recharge 5-6).
As a reaction to being targeted with a spell, the Hightower may change the target to a creature affected with its evil eye.
