The Festival of White and Gold

The Festival of White and Gold is the traditional celebration of the Durrilan Thelpyteris Concordat of SF 341. This is one of the greatest peace treaties in Tellenheim history and has kept the continent in relative peace for over 1500 years. It is a gathering of elves and humans who meet at the points to trade and drink together and takes place on the 25th of Echoloron every year.
In the old days the city would be dressed in white and gold bunting and streamers and their would be nightly fire works and fancy parties. These days the festival has lost most of it's meaning and most use it as an excuse for a wild day of partying and parades. This year however the guest of honor at the parade is none other than the descendant of Perrilan Thelpyteris an elven diplomat by the name of Garizon Opan Thelypteris. He is a baron of House Thelypteris.
