Uthar grew up in a wealthy family of House Vinton of Lamborginus. Spoiled and catered to, he was also raised by an army of nannies and servants. Sent off to boarding schools at a young age, Uthar quickly lost his connection to humanity. He started a violent streak as a teenager beginning with torturing animals and younger children but grew bored and began to covet greater violence. He also began to develop Psionic powers, which was a surprise and possibly stopped him from being a serial killer. He found greater pleasure in stealing peoples minds.
