Harlow is a closed-city in southern Lennar, embodying an outward projection of affluence and glamour, sometimes even going so far as to call itself "Harlow Luxury City."
The city is known for its a vibrant afterdark scene, trendy bars and nightclubs, glitzy fashion, and an emphasis on celebrity and beauty culture. Coco Beach, although often mistakenly thought to be contained inside Harlow itself, is located a short distance outside the city walls and often considered a part of the Harlowan image.
Harlow is extremely focused on attracting new residents to the city, and has seen a large influx of population in the recent decades, mainly of humans in their 20's and 30's. The city has faced criticism for using deceptive marketing tactics, embellishing facts, and inflating the scope of their wealth.
The tourism scene is also very popular in Harlow and Coco Beach.
