Hithor
Hithor, sometimes called "Atais'fa Avril Ataisi" - is the capital and largest city of Rayleigh, located in the northwest corner of the country. It is a mixed-closed city, with many open-air districts.
The city encompasses 4 separate large structures, each the size of ordinary closed-cities in and of themselves. These four different districts are known as "cities within the city."
There is a moving-city road within the city, which is highly unusual. The road is used to travel between the 4 sectors, which is also an uncommon practice. These aspects of Hithor give it a multi-layered feel.

Little is known about Hithorton, and no likenesses of it are allowed on the inside. No one is permitted entry without the proper documents and clearances, which are extremely selective. Hithorton is populated mostly by the Raylan elite, politicians, royalty, and courtiers.
Castledon - Castledon lies in the northwest of the city. Like all of Hithor, Castledon is extremely wealthy, one of the richest areas in the west. Although most of Hithor has a stately, castle-esque appearance, this area is where this is most pronounced.
Tigevi - Of all of the 4 areas of Hithor, Tigevi is probably the best known, renowned for its beauty, classy architecture, total of 3 ocean pools, and multi-layered design.
Jenesson - Jenesson is perhaps best known for its magnificent, awe-inspiring Grove of Sacred Palms, which features soaring aremalat trees in a semi-closed, true-air courtyard district. There are also many aremalat forests apart from the sacred grove. The district has a complex, multi-layered architecture with many different levels.
