Rayleigh

Rayleigh is a country that lies directly east of Seviah, and just south of the Lonely Line. It has a semi-arid mixed desert and greenery landscape.
Rayleigh highly values development, closed cities, and district planning. Fully true-air cities are not common, and wild areas are generally disdained and looked down upon.
Rayleigh is probably best known for its spectacularly wealthy two largest cities, the capital city Hithor in the northwest, and Adenarith in the north.
