Blood Crescent
As the Everglacier continues its endless expansion and inches closer to the Demon Wastes, what would hold as the more powerful force: nature or the Gods? House Tharashk did not bother with meaningless questions like that and instead invested time, money, and energy into growing their influence. They found success in the Dragonshard business and looked to new regions to explore and exploit. The Demon Wastes was an untouched stretch of land that few knew anything about and so a sect of Tharashk agents sailed along the southern coast of Noyatu and established the tiny hamlet of Blood Crescent as a base of operations for Demon Waste exploration. The group quickly discovered that both Tiamat and Bahamut Dragonshards could be found and Blood Crescent also became a mining operation.
Third Time's the Charm
The Torrn clan led the charge in establishing Blood Crescent with some support from the other clans. As such, a Torrn has always been the defacto leader in the town and today Huyre Torrn leads. He followed in his grandfather and uncle's footsteps and took charge when no one else would. The other agents in the town all like Huyre well enough and willingly follow him. Everyone in Blood Crescent is a volunteer in the endeavor so the town has a very militaristic structure.Peace in the Wasteland
There is almost no crime that happens between Agents (besides the occasional fistfight), however, a significant portion of the population acts as perimeter guards. They need to defend against rogue Carrion Tribes and other horrors that escape the Demon Wastes through the Labyrinth. The settlement has a good relationship with the Ghaash'kala and regularly employs them as guides and extra muscle when traversing the Labyrinth.Supplies and Shipments
There isn't much commerce that is open traded within Blood Crescent. Supplies for the Agents come directly from Zarash'ak every three months. The Dragonshards collected in that three-month period are shipped back during the supply exchange. If other resources or supplies are needed, trips to Regalport and Icehaven happen once a month. Very occasionally, Tharashk Agents will make the perilous trip through Everglacier and trade with the elves of Bysaes Tyl. The town's small size also doesn't allow for any private businesses or organizations to spring up; only House Tharashk has any presence in the hamlet.Religion in the Wastes
The Tharashk Agents of Blood Crescent are not a religious bunch but they do still believe in the Gods. While not sanctioned by Houses Tharashk outside of Blood Crescent, many of the Agents ask for protection from Asmodeus and Gruumsh while traversing the Demon Wastes. Others pray to Moradin for good hauls of Dragonshards to craft and tinker with.Population: 120 (55% humans, 45% half-orcs)

Adventurers on the Edge
The Tharashk Agents of Blood Crescent are relatively neutral to the few adventurers that make their way to the edge of the Wastes. Most only come looking for a pit stop before entering the Demon Wastes and the residents are happy to help in any way they can because they know most don't return.
