Kayden Middleton is the mayor of Port Town. He was mayor during The Civil War but famously stayed neutral, stating that his only priority was protecting his people. He oddly has not appeared to have aged since then, and rumors exist that he may be an oni but in humanoid form. Whether or not he has horns is dubious as he is always wearing a head covering and none have seen him without it.
