The Calendar of Tariel

The Continent of Tariel uses the Gregorian Calendar due to a time traveler/planeswalker called Boe who introduced it to the Lemarin people in ancient times. Conveniently, Tariel has a similar seasonal timeline to Earth, so the calendar matches fairly closely. As more races entered Tariel, they adapted the calendar system and soon it became commonplace.
