The Forgotten Past

Long ago, there was a time before the dragonlords. A time where tribes of people lived under different banners and ruled by a leader known as "Khan." These tribes competed with the dragonflights, but were ultimately defeated in an event known as "Khanfall."   Beaten, the tribes of these khans were brought into the fold of the dragonlords. The names of these tribes were:

• The desert dwelling Abzan Houses.
• The warrior monks of the Jeskai Way.
• The war bands of the Mardu Horde.
• The decadent Sultai Brood.
• The nomadic Temur.
