Illmaa (ill-ma)

Found on the east coast along the edge of the Staghorn River. Illmaa is ran by the Sages Guild. The city is known for their potions and healing herbs. This city is not as contested as some of the others, but it does have a rival city in Henki, who also has a Sages’ school.
