Rukous (rue-kiss)

The “capitol” city of Tartartis is located in the middle of the Fertile Fields and the continent. The seat of power for the Holy Emperor. The city is the house of power for Seto’s Church. All Gods and Goddess have shrines and temples within the city minus Noc.
