Yalbrun, The Abyssal Plane

Dark and foreboding, the Abyssal Plane is one of deep darkness and winding and twisting worlds of writhing masses. Home to some of the most monstrous and nightmare inducing creatures of chaos and madness, these creatures ranging from small insects and other abominations to world-shattering beasts bound in the plane and locked within the black pocket of existence.

Geography

Utterly broken and shattered, most of this plane is a twisting nightmare of free-floating broken chunks of worlds and planets that have been devoured and shattered by the demons that inhabit the area. Unlike those of the Demonic Plane or the devils that rule from within the Hellish Domain, these worlds are consumed and devoured by the rulers and other large creatures.

Fauna & Flora

Virtually no flora exist here aside from a rare flower that produces all range of terrible effects and dark poisons.
The dark creatures here however are numerous, vast, and many within the expanse. Unlimited in their forms it seems.
