District 13 is focused on kindergarten and elementary schools, creating a friendly and safe environment for the growth of the new generations, this district is particularly small, with less school choices.

While most of the kids live with their parents in district 7 or District 8, all the schools available have dormitories inside the same district in case they don't, or the parents decided to leave them to the school's care due to heavy workload or different reasons

Defences

This district has more cameras than the other student districts, and every child is equipped with a remote alarm in case of emergencies

Infrastructure

This district has many more playgrounds and open spaces for kids, while also having the minimum amount of roads and comercial stabilishments

History

Although it was heavily debated whether to make the city host schools for kids, it was quickly settled in favor of making one due to many habitants already being adults, and many goverment workers and teachers had small kids with them.

Architecture

The entire district is very colorful and lighthearted addorned in minigames in the walls to stimulate thinking and learning for kids
