This is the graveyard district, where the bodies of the fallen are stored, there are a couple cremation stations too, however, due to limited space most coffins aren't buried below ground, rather contained behind walls in special Dead towers.

Dead towers

The dead towers are a special type of building made to contain coffins, they have varying height, with the tallest one reaching 8 floors, the coffins are put sideways into premade holes in these walls which then get covered up by a removable lid.
Every year the government hosts an event, which honors all the people who have gone missing/had their bodies disappear/or those whose family is too far, or just doesn't care to give a burial, the bodies that are there are cremated and put into a memorial at the center of the first floor of the largest dead tower, reuniting all those who couldn't give proper burials to their loved ones.
