District 4 is focused on research and quality control of food and crops, it researches agricultural technology in order to make healthier, cheaper and more efficient ways to produce food

Architecture
This district is very industrial in it's buildings, since most of it are labs or places where they keep small quantities of livestock for testing, there's also greenhouses scattered around for plantation, as well as small open pieces of land for studying crops's reactions to the local environment
