The shame of technopolis

The irreversible event where the subject known as destroyer escaped, wreaking havoc around the world trying to bring an end to all technopolis hoped to achieve.

The details of how the destroyer escaped are unknown, he was being imprisoned by anti skill, it's believed due to his violent history, that he killed all officers trying to contain him, and was able to escape by jumping out of the city's walls, ignoring all the defense mechanisms, soon the world discovered and the city began the chase after him, unfortunately he was cunning and powerful enough to anihilate any troops sent after him, so the city had to start plotting another approach with the creation of the anti skill branch: The Wardens.
  Even so the training necessary to deal with such a threat wasn't easy and the equipment expensive, the city had to fall back on many loans to be able to start planning a counter attack, combined with the distrust of the masses and general panick about a superhuman on the loose around the globe.
  However the destroyer was already advancing his goals and ideals, raiding and destroying many supplies destined to the city, as well as convoys of staff and even students, while he was on the loose there were 3 main terrorist acts around the globe:
  The first was a lone attack on a promotion event in South africa, aiming to recruit and inspire people in the city's cause, the Destroyer appeared, causing millions in damage in the capital of the country, killing hundreds and spreading fear and discontent, after this the efforts to track him down at all times started.
  The second was an unexpected attack on Sidney, Australia, the Destroyer had made allies with a terrorist group which provided him an illegal plane, landing in Sidney's opera, where a event showcasing the city's newest technology was happening, the icon of the country was left in pieces as another tragedy struck.
  The third attack, and also the last outside the city happened in São Paulo, Brazil in the Comic Con & Enhancements of Technopolis which aimed to showcase advancements in prosthetics technology was raided, however with satelite tracking and Brazil's cooperation the Wardens managed to get to the site in time to put an end to this meaningless destruction, many were lost, from civilians, to anti skill, to terrorists, but the anti skill squads prevailed, managing to cut the escape route of the terrorists, forcing the Destroyer to flee and tracking down the main terrorist base, where they engaged in a swift and efficient operation.
  The destroyer however was not found on the site, he was going somewhere else, straight to the city in a final act known as The explosion of district 15.
