New Impact

Nicholas "Nico" Newell is the new Impact, taking that mantle from his mentor, Dean Decker. Nico shares the original Impact's amazing fighting skills but adds powerful telekinetic and telepathic abilities, enabling him to anticipate foes' tactics and empower his acrobatic punches and kicks with psychic force. He can even glide above the ground and fly through the city by pushing against nearby structures. Nico does not yet have the fearsome reputation of the original Impact, but is well on his way.
