Original Impact
The original Impact (aka Dean Decker) is one of Halcyon City's establish heroes. He is best known for his lack of a "no kill rule", which got him into trouble during the events of Teen Justice Academy - Issue #1: The Swarm. He is the former mentor of Impasse and the biological father of Specter. He has also had past relationships with Violet Scepter, one of the top villains in his history.
Impact first debuted in The Swarm (issue 1) after turning himself over to AEGIS due to security footage that showed him allegedly murdering The Silver Shade.
Impact is currently retired from the superhero life, choosing to focus on making amends to Devon/Deadlock and her sister, Sam. He has passed the mantle of Impact on to a new young hero, and has renewed interest in the family business, Decker Industries.
