Todd Tower

Second-youngest child of the Tower family, a famed group of supes who have protected Halcyon City for generations, Todd is a nice, quiet guy - rather shy but friendly. He possesses super strength and invulnerability.
Todd is one of the kids at West that doesn't treat the Fate Brigade like freaks. In fact, he went to homecoming with Tommy Torres. He thinks Tommy is cute and intriguing, but is a little freaked out by how blase Tommy is about repeatedly dying and coming back. His best friend Marsha keeps reminding him that the perfect boyfriend for a hero is someone who can't die, so she clearly ships it.
Todd lives at the Tower of Power with his family, most of whom are confused by his refusal to don the red-and-white and choose a hero name. His little sister Trish gets him, though. Todd needs to find his own way.
