Starosta Vesdan Wothassic

The current Starosta of Odessloe, Vesdan Wothassic has dark, balding hair with streaks of silver kept in a very tight small bun, a bushy mustache, and a neatly trimmed small goatee in addition to overwhelming sideburns. He's pretty business-oriented and very focused on pleasing the Crown above all else. He usually wears fine robes to denote his station.
