Watchmaster Lein Utgaf

Dwarf, 112 years old, he/him, wears plate armor bearing the symbol of the crownsguard and carries a longsword and shield.
Watchmaster Utgaf is a dwarf with lighter brown hair (almost red) and a long beard in three braids that come together; the rest of his hair is fairly frazzled. He's also got cloudy blue eyes. He's usually in uniform. People joke that he's married to the law; he cares about others, but he's most concerned about maintaining order above all else.
