Jafone Bank

A thick-walled granite building built entirely underneath an arch of the Galintomo Bridge. The outside is practical and undecorated. Three steps lead up to sturdy oaken doors that are usually open. Two members of the Talamir City Guard stand watch beside it.   Inside the luxuriously decorated hall is lined with several counters behind which clerks attend to the various visitors. An area on the left is furnished with couches and reclining chairs, where people wait for their appointement. Multiple doors, equally thick as the front ones, grant access further into the building.   More often than not, the main counter is manned by an old short man with small, moon-shaped glasses. Sometimes there are two, or even three of him. When asked, they will say they are triplets.
