Rambergam

The city closest to the Chalcedonian border is Rambergam and it was hewn from the living rock of the Ridgefell Mountains by ancient Prehnite druids. Some of the dwellings face out onto the sheer cliffs, while most of the city is within the mountain itself. Rock gnomes and dwarves abound here, but there are many other races as well, all cohabitating under their shared belief in the Timeless Ones. Life is hard here, and not only because they are so frequently subjected to attacks from Chalcedon. The climate is harsh and there isn’t much arable land for farming, but there is a predominance of mountain goats and sheep which Rambergammers tend with care and dedication for their wool and milk. Druidic magic has partnered with divine magic to create sustained Daylight enchantments within the taverns that enable Rambergammers to grow food within their tunnels and caverns, though warriors, rangers, and paladins vastly outweigh druids and other citizens in this war-afflicted border city.
