The Hive Mind
The southern pole of Tellus hides many secrets, and one of the biggest is the hive mind of the Cunam Hahn. Many hundreds of thousands strong, the cunam hahn are a single minded entity led by their ultimate queen, Phrenia. Her only motivation is the well being of the hive, and she will deploy every skill and wile she possesses to see it thrive.

Auril, but even she is secondary to Phrenia's whims and wishes.

Culture
The hive mind is single-mindedly self centered. It does everything it does for the betterment of the Hive, or they die and are replaced with those who do. There is very little interpersonal interaction; each individual is completely dedicated to the Hive, and by extension, Phrenia, their ultimate Queen.
Public Agenda
It is within the nature of the Hive to expand to fill their surrounding space. They have thriven, and are therefore always expanding. They would, ultimately, cover the world in frost and snow.
Assets
The southern pole is a literal goldmine of precious metals and stones, which they have been leveraging for years through secret agents. They have set aside stores and wealth enough for their entire invasion force.
