Feltuun is the largest Nomad-only city, and is where their clandestine Department of Foreign Affairs operates from. It also houses a Nomad Fleet, which is small by most standards but all of the ships are state-of-the-art blockade runners. There aren't better smuggling ships anywhere in the world.
