Orc Hegemony
The Orc Hegemony is actually quite a few of the monstrous races of the eastern continent banding together under one flag as it were. Much of the land that the Hegemony claims to control it actually can't exert any sort of control over, but outsiders don't need to know that. The Hegemony has very little in the way of food production, but it controls enough truly unique resources to allow trade with Borguur to supplement most of their needs. There is still extensive hunting, but preserved foodstuffs are shipped in daily.
