The world! It has two continents that are separated by a great sea (analogous to the pacific ocean) on one side and actually connected by a large archipelago on the other. This means that while trade is rare, it's certainly not unheard of. There are a few individuals and guilds that make a livelihood out of braving the archipelago to trade rare and exotic goods between the continents.
