Umberveil

The Town of Umberwood is a decent size, worshipping the God of Storytellers, thus, the inhabitants have a perchant for gossip and the town seems to draw storylike-characters to it.
There's a large Wizard tower, containing an elderly Half-Elf who almost never leaves. Recently, he's adopted two strange children for reasons unknown. Citizens suggest he's possibly a Lich, and the Children are either undead he is using to spy or simply hapless orphans he plans to keep as followers if his old body gives out.
Umberwood was once plagued by goblins fleeing the Ogre Warlock Shronk. But that's been dealt with now.
