Zlefrost

The "Capital" City of Tempricida and one of the only places with no set cult rule. All religious groups are welcome into Zlefrost, once a small trading town keeping neutrality between merchants on knifepoint. Now it's grown into a large city and the closest thing Tempricida has to a neutral government.
A city of varied levels of wealth, it has many attractions, but also crime runs rampant.
