The Blue Room
The enigmatic Blue Room is where true concurrents arrive upon death in their previous dimensions. It is in this eldritch room resembling "Seattle," as some had called the area surrounding the Blue Room, that all are given a treatment similar to an alienist in Tenebra. It is here that concurrent are introduced to this alienist, called a doctor of "psychology," Doctor James T. Watkins. He has assumed a variety of forms, as each concurrent has noted, but he always appears in a form most comfortable to the concurrent when he gives a concurrent "treatment.". This treatment involves a talk-therapy session in which Dr. Watkins informs the concurrent they have died and are being given a choice, live in a world he has chosen for the concurrent or have their souls annihilated. Most sane individuals have chosen the former.
The goals of the individual known as Doctor James T. Watkins is unknown but some summarize that it is the goal of a scientific discovery or utter chaotic inspiration that he continues his goals. No one is certain as to the goals of this unknowable creature as all forms of contact outside of the planes of Tenebra have failed. It is a renowned theory that Watkins observes Tenebra constantly and some have even asserted that he is observing Tenebra with more frequent abundance after the Second Great Holy War and the signing of the Accord of Ordinatus. What he plans to do to the world is unknown other than to observe and create more concurrents to send to Tenebra. How long until the anarchic being decides to change this course of action is inconclusive as the creature known as "Doctor James T. Watkins"
